Woodward Financial Authorization for Electronic/SMS/Text Me

As provided on our website, under the Privacy Policy and Consumer SMS Text Messaging Policy, Woodward Financial has the ability to communicate with our customers via SMS/Text Messaging. For any and all received and sent SMS/Text Messaging with our customers Standard Data Rates shall apply. The availability of communication by and through SMS/Text Messaging is a courtesy contact option offered by our Agency, and is not required for use by our customers. As such, all customers wishing to receive such electronic communications through SMS/Text Messaging must acknowledge and authorize our agency to communicate with them in this manner. Such SMS/Text Messaging communications shall not include solicitations, but shall remain individually applicable to the patron with whom that communication is directed.  Any person who authorizes contact by SMS/Text Messaging shall be authorized for communication with Woodward Financial continuing until such time as that authorization is revoked, in writing, and provided to the Woodward Financial either via email or SMS/Text Messaging.

By signing and dating below, as well as providing a phone number with SMS/Text Messaging capabilities, you are hereby authorizing Woodward Financial to contact you via SMS/Text Messaging in compliance with the Privacy Policy and/or Consumer SMS Text Messaging Policy located at https://woodwardfinancialinc.com/privacy-policy as written. Further, it is expressly understood that updates and modifications to said Privacy and SMS/Text Messaging Policies may occur, and that those updates shall apply to this authorization absent need for further written approval, based on my ability to revoke my authorization to receive SMS/Text Messaging in writing.
